Benefits
High performance Liquid Chromatography has become one of the most important tools of the protein/peptide chemist in
recent years. The need to isolate proteins and peptides in sufficient quantities to identify activity and determine structure, as
well as to analyze for purity, has placed heavy demands on laboratory personnel to become proficient in the use of this
technique. Individuals working in Biological Research, Biotechnology, Proteomics, Pharmaceutical Quality Control,
Clinical Investigation, Foods/Feeds Analysis, and related areas, who want to gain a better understanding of, and improve
their skills in HPLC, will find no better course than this.
This new and totally up-to-date course is noncommercial (no sales pitches like some other courses), practical, and enjoyable.
It is geared for beginning to intermediate levels of HPLC experience. Those just beginning in HPLC will gain a solid
understanding of the basics, and will obtain a much greater grasp of how to use the technology to operate successfully with a
minimum of downtime. Those with greater familiarity will advance in their efficiency and ease with HPLC. They will learn
to develop and modify methods, and gain in their overall understanding of the variables, resulting in greater success and
higher productivity.
